Thomas Taylor (otherwise John Scott) guilty of stealing I piece of Cambletee cloth (valued at £1.5/-), 36 yards of Fustian (valued at £2.5/-), 3 lbs of silk (valued at £4.2/-) and 1 piece of leather (valued at 1/-) in the dwelling house of Richard Clough in the parish of Slaidburn on 5th February 1766.
